We do not currently target, market to, or knowingly offer the Services to users located outside the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be collected, processed, stored, and used in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may restrict, block, or refuse access, registration, or purchases from locations outside the United States.

If CIS later expands into additional countries or regions, we may update this Privacy Policy, add region-specific notices, or implement additional privacy and consent tools.

If you submit testimonials, reviews, screenshots, or other content, we may use that content as described in our Terms of Use.

We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how users interact with the Services, measure performance, improve marketing, and show relevant advertising.

These tools may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Signals, Meta Pixel, X Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and similar technologies.

Google Analytics 4 enhanced measurement features may collect page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, site search activity, video engagement, file downloads, form interactions, and similar activity.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws may define certain advertising, analytics, retargeting, or audience-building activities as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or similar terms.

Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of the sale, sharing, or use of personal information for targeted advertising by contacting us at [email protected].

We currently honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for users in jurisdictions that legally require it, where the signal can be reasonably recognized and processed by our systems.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We treat Global Privacy Control and similar legally recognized opt-out preference signals separately where required by law.

You may also be able to limit cookies or advertising identifiers through your browser, device, or platform settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect how the Services function.

5. Marketing Emails

We may send marketing emails, promotional emails, onboarding emails, product updates, free-guide emails, abandoned-cart emails, and related communications.

Some users may be added to email lists or marketing automations after registration, checkout, free-guide download, newsletter signup, contact-form submission, or similar interactions.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an explanation of how we use your personal information.

You may also have the right to opt out of marketing emails, targeted advertising, sale, sharing, profiling, or certain advertising-related uses of personal information where required by applicable law.

CIS may not be legally required to honor every privacy-law request for every user. However, we will accept and review privacy requests sent to [email protected].

Privacy requests may include requests to:

  • access personal information we maintain about you;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • request a copy or export of personal information;
  • opt out of marketing emails;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where required by law; or
  • appeal a denied privacy request where applicable.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification may require information such as your account email address, name, billing details, TradingView username, or other information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.

We may deny, limit, or delay a request where permitted by law, including where we need to retain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, chargeback, dispute-resolution, business, or enforcement purposes.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected].

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These safeguards may include HTTPS/SSL, security tools, login protections, backups, server controls, fraud-prevention practices, and monitoring or logging for security and operational purposes.
