These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cisedge.com, the Consensus Indicator Suite website, member dashboard, subscriptions, TradingView-accessed indicators, educational materials, emails, guides, content, and related products or services offered by Consensus Indicator Suite, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“CIS,” “Consensus Indicator Suite,” “CIS Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing any CIS indicator, or checking the box indicating that you agree to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access, purchase, or use the Services.

1. Services and Eligibility

CIS provides software-based technical indicators, educational market-analysis tools, and related digital content designed for use with TradingView.

The Services may include access to CIS indicators through TradingView invite-only Pine Scripts, free and paid indicator suites, educational articles, guides, videos, tutorials, downloadable materials, account dashboard access, subscription management tools, customer support, account emails, billing emails, service emails, marketing emails, and other related tools, features, or content we may offer.

CIS indicators are accessed through TradingView only. CIS does not provide downloadable software, downloadable source code, executable files, brokerage integrations, exchange integrations, wallet integrations, trading API integrations, portfolio management, order routing, or automated trade execution.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to agree to these Terms, will provide accurate information, and will use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

CIS is based in the United States. The Services may be accessible outside the United States, but we do not represent that they are appropriate, available, or lawful in every jurisdiction. You may not access, purchase, or use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law, U.S. sanctions rules, export-control rules, payment-processor requirements, or other legal restrictions.

We may block, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we believe doing so is necessary or appropriate for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, payment-processing, security, or business reasons.

2. Accounts and TradingView Access

To access certain Services, you may need to create a CIS account. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and contact information and for maintaining the security of your CIS account credentials.

Paid CIS indicator access is granted to one specific TradingView username. One CIS subscription provides access for one TradingView username. You are responsible for providing the correct TradingView username during registration or checkout.

You cannot change your TradingView username directly through your Member dashboard. If you need to correct or update your TradingView username, email [email protected].

CIS will make reasonable efforts to provision access automatically after successful payment. Indicator access is typically activated within one hour, but delays may occur due to technical issues, incorrect user information, TradingView issues, payment issues, fraud checks, or system maintenance.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, or sublicense your CIS account, subscription, or access to another person without our prior written consent.

CIS does not control your separate TradingView account or how TradingView enforces its own account rules. You are responsible for your CIS account, billing account, submitted TradingView username, and use of TradingView.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid CIS plans are subscription-based and renew automatically at the end of each billing period and continue until canceled. You may cancel it at any time through the Member Dashboard.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize CIS and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges until you cancel.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis, as shown at checkout. Prices are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of your then-current paid billing period, unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

CIS may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments. Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Link, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or other methods made available at checkout.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, duties, assessments, and charges related to your purchase. Taxes may be calculated, collected, or remitted through our payment processor.

CIS may change pricing, plan names, plan features, supported assets, indicator availability, promotional offers, discounts, or subscription terms at any time. Changes may apply immediately to new purchases and may apply to existing subscriptions upon renewal or as otherwise permitted by law.

Promotional pricing is not guaranteed to continue unless expressly stated in writing. CIS does not offer grandfathered pricing unless expressly stated in writing.

You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Where applicable, upgrades or downgrades may be prorated through our subscription-management system or payment processor.

If your payment method fails, CIS or its payment processor may attempt to recharge your payment method. CIS currently permits up to four attempted recharges within a seven-day period after a failed payment. If payment is not successfully completed after those attempts, CIS may suspend or remove indicator access.

CIS may offer a free non-aggregate CIS indicator suite or other free content from time to time. Free products may have limited features and may differ from paid plans. CIS does not currently offer free trials for paid aggregate versions of the Services unless expressly stated in writing.

CIS offers a five-day refund window. If you want a refund, you must email [email protected] no later than five days after the exact payment timestamp for the applicable charge. If a valid refund request is received within that period, CIS will issue a refund for that charge, subject to these Terms.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, your payment method, your financial institution, and other payment-processing factors outside CIS’s control.

The five-day refund policy applies to both monthly and annual plans and applies to both initial purchases and renewal payments.

After the five-day refund window expires, payments are non-refundable. If you do not want to continue your subscription, you may cancel and retain access until the end of your then-current paid billing period. Partial refunds are not provided after the five-day refund window except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Payment-processor fees, taxes, currency-conversion costs, foreign-transaction fees, bank fees, and similar third-party costs may be non-refundable where applicable.

CIS may deny or limit refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or Prohibited Conduct.

If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact CIS first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar action, CIS may suspend or terminate your account, remove TradingView indicator access, refuse future service, dispute the chargeback, and provide relevant account, usage, billing, and transaction information to the payment processor.

4. TradingView, Data, Alerts, and Third-Party Dependencies

The Services depend on third-party platforms, tools, systems, data sources, and user-controlled environments that CIS does not fully control (“CIS Dependencies”).

CIS Dependencies include TradingView, TradingView Pine Script, TradingView alert functionality, TradingView charting, TradingView data feeds, exchange data made available through TradingView, payment processors, subscription tools, email and CRM tools, hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising tools, user devices, browsers, internet connections, local settings, and other third-party tools, vendors, or platforms used to operate, improve, market, or deliver the Services.

CIS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to TradingView.

You must have your own TradingView account to use CIS indicators. CIS indicators may work with free TradingView accounts, subject to TradingView’s own features, limitations, charting rules, script limitations, alert limitations, account rules, and terms.

You are responsible for complying with TradingView’s own terms, policies, account rules, technical limitations, and other requirements.

CIS is not responsible for issues caused by CIS Dependencies, including outages, bugs, downtime, restrictions, account issues, data errors, data delays, incorrect data, missing data, alert issues, payment failures, declined transactions, fraud reviews, delivery failures, policy changes, pricing changes, platform changes, technical limitations, compatibility issues, or other third-party problems.

CIS indicators may use market data available through TradingView data feeds. Indicator outputs depend on TradingView functionality, available exchange data, selected symbols, chart settings, user-selected settings, and CIS methodology.

Market data and indicator outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, inconsistent, or affected by exchange issues, TradingView issues, symbol differences, missing or incorrect candles, volume discrepancies, user settings, or other factors outside CIS’s control. CIS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of any market data, indicator output, calculation, chart, alert, or analysis.

You are solely responsible for configuring indicators, selecting symbols and timeframes, choosing settings, interpreting outputs, and deciding whether any information is relevant to your own analysis.

Supported assets, venues, formulas, calculations, methodology, features, and settings may change over time. Paid aggregate functionality currently supports BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and XRP, subject to plan terms, TradingView availability, data availability, and CIS methodology. Unsupported assets may use chart-native volume or other fallback behavior, as determined by CIS.

Certain CIS indicators may support TradingView alert functionality. TradingView alerts are controlled by TradingView, and CIS does not guarantee that any alert will trigger, trigger correctly, trigger on time, be delivered, be received, or be interpreted correctly.

If a CIS Dependency changes, suspends, limits, breaks, or discontinues functionality, CIS may use reasonable efforts to adapt, replace, restore, or modify the Services, but CIS does not guarantee that any third-party issue can be resolved.

If a TradingView change or restriction causes the paid CIS suite to become materially and permanently unusable for affected users generally, CIS will make reasonable good-faith efforts to restore or adapt the Services. If CIS determines that the affected paid Services cannot reasonably be restored, CIS may issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of the then-current paid billing period for affected users. This does not apply to issues caused by your own TradingView account, TradingView plan limitations, TradingView username changes, account bans, local device issues, internet issues, user settings, user error, market-data interpretation, or other circumstances that do not materially affect the CIS paid Services for users generally.

5. Trading Risk, No Advice, and No Liability

The Services are provided for informational, educational, and analytical purposes only.

CIS is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, exchange, custodian, financial planner, tax adviser, legal adviser, accounting adviser, or fiduciary.

Nothing provided through the Services is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, trading advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset, or a recommendation to use any trading strategy.

Trading and investing involve risk. Cryptocurrency, digital assets, perpetual futures, leveraged products, and financial markets generally may be volatile and may involve substantial risk of loss.

CIS does not guarantee profits, returns, results, trading success, loss avoidance, accuracy, or any particular outcome.

You understand and agree that you trade and invest at your own risk; you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, settings, strategies, analysis, interpretation, risk management, and financial outcomes; CIS should be used only as one part of a broader analysis process; and CIS should not be used as the sole basis for any trade, investment, or financial decision.

Market risk includes volatility, liquidity issues, exchange outages, data errors, market manipulation, slippage, leverage risk, liquidation risk, stablecoin risk, regulatory risk, tax risk, technology risk, and user error.

The Services may include charts, screenshots, examples, visual comparisons, educational content, testimonials, or demonstrations showing how CIS indicators may appear in certain market conditions. These materials are not promises, predictions, guarantees, or representations of future results. Past market behavior does not guarantee future market behavior. Examples and testimonials do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results or any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis. CIS disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, timeliness, profitability, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, data accuracy, alert delivery, platform compatibility, and trading success.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIS and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, licensors, vendors, service providers, successors, and assigns will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, or amounts of any kind arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, your account, your subscription, your use of CIS indicators, your inability to use CIS indicators, your trading decisions, your investment decisions, market data, CIS Dependencies, TradingView, payment processors, or any related matter.

This exclusion includes trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, missed trades, failed trades, liquidation losses, slippage, tax consequences, legal consequences, business interruption, data errors, platform downtime, alert failures, market-data inaccuracies, incorrect calculations, indicator errors, third-party failures, payment-processing issues, account-access issues, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, exemplary damages, punitive damages, and any other monetary damages or losses.

You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, no monetary recovery may be sought from or obtained against CIS or its related parties in connection with the Services, these Terms, your account, your subscription, your use of CIS indicators, your inability to use CIS indicators, or any trading, investment, financial, technical, data, platform, or third-party issue.

Your sole remedies are to stop using the Services, cancel your subscription, and request a refund if you qualify under the refund policy expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In any jurisdiction where a complete exclusion of liability is not permitted, CIS’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property, User Content, and Permitted Sharing

The Services are owned by Consensus Indicator Suite, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws and other laws.

CIS owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the website, branding, names, logos, graphics, copy, videos, documentation, guides, educational materials, indicators, Pine Scripts, formulas, calculations, methodologies, systems, workflows, software logic, and proprietary information.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, CIS grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for your personal or internal market-analysis purposes. Access is licensed, not sold. You do not receive source code, ownership rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, or any right to copy, extract, reproduce, recreate, or redistribute CIS indicators or methodology.

You may post ordinary screenshots, videos, charts, reviews, commentary, or educational content showing CIS indicators, provided that you do not engage in Prohibited Conduct or otherwise violate these Terms.

Use of the CIS name or logo in marketing materials requires CIS’s permission. Ordinary commentary, reviews, and references to CIS do not require prior permission, provided they are truthful and not misleading.

You may submit content to CIS, including testimonials, reviews, comments, support tickets, screenshots, feedback, suggestions, or trading-related examples (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit it, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that it is not unlawful, false, misleading, abusive, spam, malware, or otherwise harmful.

By submitting User Content, you grant CIS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, display, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the User Content for business, marketing, product-improvement, support, advertising, and promotional purposes.

You agree that CIS may use feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide without compensation or obligation to you.

8. Service Changes, Availability, Suspension, and Termination

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

CIS does not promise uninterrupted access, uptime, error-free operation, data availability, alert delivery, compatibility, or continued availability of any feature, indicator, asset, venue, formula, methodology, plan, or content.

CIS may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, remove, or restrict any part of the Services at any time, including indicators, formulas, calculations, methodology, supported assets, venues, exchanges, plans, pricing, features, dashboards, content, educational materials, free products, paid products, coupons, promotions, and third-party integrations.

CIS may offer beta, experimental, preview, or optional features from time to time. Such features may be incomplete, changed, disabled by default, or removed later.

CIS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse service to anyone at any time, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, engage in Prohibited Conduct, create legal, security, technical, payment-processing, or business risk for CIS, or otherwise act in a way that harms the Services, our users, our vendors, or our business.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, dashboard, indicators, content, subscription benefits, and other Services. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund except where required by law.

9. Communications and Privacy

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading content, requesting support, or using the Services, you agree that CIS may send you transactional, administrative, billing, account, security, service, and legal communications by email.

Transactional emails may include account notices, payment notices, renewal notices, cancellation notices, access notices, support responses, legal notices, and service updates.

You may also opt into marketing emails during registration, checkout, free-guide download, or other interactions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails or by following other instructions provided by CIS.

CIS does not currently send SMS or text-message marketing.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms govern use of the Services, subscriptions, payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes. The Privacy Policy governs personal information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CIS and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, licensors, vendors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your Prohibited Conduct;
  • your unlawful use or misuse of the Services;
  • your User Content;
  • your violation of any third-party rights;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your abuse of support, refund, or chargeback processes;
  • your unauthorized access to or interference with the Services; or
  • your copying, reverse engineering, decompiling, recreating, redistributing, reselling, or competing use of CIS indicators, methodology, outputs, or access.

This indemnification obligation does not make CIS responsible for your trading decisions, investment decisions, financial outcomes, or losses.

11. Disputes, Arbitration, and Governing Law

Before starting arbitration, litigation, or another formal dispute process, you agree to first email CIS at [email protected] and provide a written description of your claim or dispute. You and CIS agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after CIS receives your written notice.

Except for the exceptions stated in these Terms, you and CIS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, your account, your subscription, your purchase, your use of CIS indicators, or your relationship with CIS will be resolved by binding individual arbitration.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. The arbitrator will have authority to resolve the dispute between you and CIS, but will not have authority to conduct a class arbitration, collective arbitration, representative arbitration, mass arbitration, or consolidated proceeding.

Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration will be administered by a recognized neutral arbitration provider, such as AAA, JAMS, NAM, or another established provider selected by CIS in good faith, subject to applicable law. The arbitrator must be independent and neutral. If the selected provider or arbitrator is unavailable, unwilling, or unable to administer the arbitration, or if a court determines that a different provider or procedure is required, a court of competent jurisdiction may appoint a neutral arbitrator or arbitration provider.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties, arbitration may be conducted by video conference, telephone, written submissions, or another remote procedure.

The arbitrator will apply Florida law, except where federal law applies. The arbitrator may award only relief that would be available in an individual court action and only to the individual party seeking relief, subject to the limitations and disclaimers in these Terms.

The Federal Arbitration Act and applicable federal arbitration law govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the fullest extent applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and CIS agree that disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, class member, or representative in any class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, mass action, consolidated action, or similar proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and CIS knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute, claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, your account, your subscription, your use of CIS indicators, or your relationship with CIS.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for small claims court and remains only on an individual, non-class, non-representative, and non-consolidated basis.

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, CIS may seek temporary, preliminary, permanent, injunctive, equitable, or other court relief at any time for disputes involving intellectual-property infringement, copying CIS indicators, reverse engineering, decompiling, recreating CIS indicators, unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, bypassing access controls, misuse of CIS systems, misuse of CIS confidential or proprietary information, misuse of CIS branding, or conduct that may cause immediate or irreparable harm. CIS may seek such relief without first completing informal dispute resolution or arbitration.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.

For disputes that are not subject to arbitration, including small claims, enforcement of arbitration awards, or court carveouts expressly permitted by these Terms, you and CIS agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or serving Palm Beach County, Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, your account, your subscription, your purchase, your use of CIS indicators, or your relationship with CIS must be filed within one year after the claim arose. Any claim not filed within that period is permanently barred, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

12. Miscellaneous

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, sell, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms, including your account, subscription, or access to the Services, without CIS’s prior written consent.

CIS may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, change of control, corporate transaction, dissolution, restructuring, or operation of law.

If a user dies, the user’s account and subscription do not automatically become transferable. A legal representative or estate may contact CIS to cancel or resolve account and billing matters.

CIS may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we may post the revised version on the website, update the “Last Updated” date, provide notice by email, provide notice through your account dashboard, or use another reasonable notice method. Your continued access to or use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified to achieve its intended effect as closely as possible. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

CIS’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive CIS’s right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by CIS to be effective.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIS regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, agreements, representations, or warranties regarding the Services.
