The CIS Confluence Engine™ is the shared foundation of the CIS suite, taking fragmented exchange activity, converting it into a common unit, filtering out bad feeds, and delivering a single, clean total before any indicator-specific math begins.

It adapts to the chart context, supports Spot, Perps, or Both, and uses honest routing rules so that supported majors receive full multi-venue aggregation, while unsupported assets fall back to the chart’s own volume path. CIS does not call an indicator finished just because it compiles or looks good on one chart — every production script has to pass a structured 30-point audit before release.
